Who we are
Red Velvet Nails is a nail business run by Rasa in Thetford, Norfolk. If you have a question about your information, text 07478 343346 or send a message on Instagram at @red.velvet.nails.
This website
This website has no contact forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics. It does not set cookies.
Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting company (Cloudflare), which briefly processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type so the page can load securely. This is not used to identify you.
When you book
You book by Instagram message or text. When you do, Rasa receives your name or username, your phone number if you text, the service and date you ask for, and any photos of your nails or design ideas you choose to send.
This is used only to arrange, carry out and follow up your appointment. It is not sold or shared with anyone else, and it is not used for marketing unless you ask for it.
Instagram and your phone network handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
How long it is kept
Booking messages are kept only as long as they are useful for your appointments. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. To do any of this, send a message using the details above. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
