These terms cover appointments with Red Velvet Nails and the use of this website. By booking an appointment, you agree to them.
Booking
Appointments are booked by Instagram message or text, with the service you would like and your preferred date and time. Your appointment is confirmed once Rasa replies to confirm it.
Prices
Prices are as listed on this website. They may change from time to time; the price that applies is the one confirmed when you book. Nail art and repairs are priced per nail, as listed.
Changes and cancellations
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
Your nails
Please mention anything Rasa should know before your appointment, such as allergies, sensitive skin or recent damage to your nails, so the service can be done safely.
